You can cancel their booking, without charge up to 14 days before the event date.
A damage deposit of £50 must be paid on booking. This is to hold your date and will also act as a deposit against equipment damage. This payment will be returned on collection provided there is no damage to the equipment.
The package fee itself must be paid in full on delivery of the equipment on the event date.
