A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking to secure your date. The balance will be due 1 month before your event date.

Cancellation (by the Hirer)

In the unfortunate event the party is cancelled the following refund policy will be applied:

• Cancellation of a booking up to 1 month before, will incur no further charges but all deposits remain non-refundable.
• Cancellation of a booking after the 1 month final payment, will unfortunately forfeit all monies paid.
• In the instance where the government restrictions do not allow your event to take place, we will allow transfer of deposit to a new booking (dependant on availability)

We will not accept a cancellation due to the weather. It is down to the Hirer to have an alternative under cover option, should the weather be unsuitable.

Cancellation (by Glam Grazing)

Glam Grazing reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time for any reason (Glam Grazing will try to give as much notice as possible).

Upon any such cancellation Glam Grazing will refund to the Hirer any monies paid to Glam Grazing in respect of the booking, but Glam Grazing will not be liable to pay any compensation to the Hirer or any other person for any loss, damage or expenditure arising directly or indirectly from the cancellation.

Glam Grazing reserves the right to terminate the booking without notice if there is a breach of the terms and conditions listed.
