We offer free delivery in most of Surrey.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is payable on booking to secure your date. Balance to be paid within 48 hours of the event date.
You can cancel up to 48 hours before the event date however the deposit is not refundable. However, where you need to cancel, we will do our best to transfer your booking to a suitable date for you (subject to availability).
Yes! All of our castles can be set up on level, grassed areas. However, we cannot set up on hard outdoor areas including artificial grass.
We will arrange a time to setup with you, usually in the morning of the event and it will take between 20-30 minutes. This will be longer if we are decorating your castle with balloons.
