You can cancel at any time but please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
Yes! All of our castles can be set up on level, grassed areas. However, we cannot set up on hard outdoor areas due to the risk of the castle blowing over.
We will arrange a time to set up with you and it will take between 15-20 minutes.

We were so impressed with the service from All Bounce Surrey. We initially chose the company because they had a Disney Cars bouncy castle that was just the right size for our garden (our son is a huge Cars fan so loved it), and Chris was really helpful and courteous. He responded quickly to emails, contacted me a couple of days before to confirm everything, arrived early and set up very quickly. He was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with – made everything so easy. We hired the castle and some garden games, which all the children loved so we could just sit back and let them play! Highly recommend!

Used for a family party and Chris arrived before us and put the bouncy castle up promptly and was very organised. He cleaned the castle before use so it smelt lovely too!
