Booking With Us

Booking with us is easy! Simply get in touch with us via Whatsapp, Instagram or via the contact us page and give us your date and the location of the event so we can check availability.

Once confirmed, we’ll take a 50% deposit to hold your date and the balance will be due the day before the event.

Booking direct with us is safe & secure. We take all payments by card via Stripe to make it easier and safer for you.  If you prefer not to pay by card, let us know and we can arrange an alternative option.

We always offer clear and transparent pricing which you can find next to the items you wish to hire.

When you book, we’ll need a 50% deposit to secure your date. The balance will be due 24 hours before your event date.

We also require a damage deposit. This is a £75 payment which will be returned to the original payment method within 24 hours of collection subject to the equipment being returned damage free.

Booking Questions

We understand that things don’t always go to plan and you may need to cancel.

If you cancel your party 30 days ahead of the event, we will refund any payments made in full. 

If you cancel less than 30 days before the event, we will not be able to return your deposit. We will however try to fulfill your booking on an alternative date (subject to availability).

We are not able to refund your booking due to weather. We advise that all outdoor bookings are made with a contingency plan. 

If by 9am on the day of your booking, rain or heavy winds are forecast, we will not be able to set up outdoors. This is for the safety of the children using the equipment. 

Your child’s safety is our #1 priority.

We offer a money back guarantee with all bookings! If we are unable to fulfill your booking (through fault of our own) we will refund any monies paid in full.

24 hours before your event, we will contact you regarding any final payments & to provide your with details of your delivery driver who you can contact on the day of your event if there are any issues.
